JAMCo was founded by musicians, Charles & Emma Easton in 1994.  Initially, the Eastons wanted to ensure an avenue of expression for their musical children. So, the platform was provided for them and their friends to have a safe space to develop their talents. Since that time, JAMCo has assisted in launching numerous other new artists through performance, education, production, portfolio development, and networking opportunities. Such platforms enlightened artists as to the meaning behind the music and exposed them to ways to use their giftings via outreach endeavors. JAMCo also helps non-profit organizations reach their diversity goals, or with their marketing/promotional goals.
